By using Wanderlust you agree to these terms. They're short, and we've tried to say what we mean.

It's a beta

Wanderlust is in a closed beta. Things will change, break, and get fixed. We try hard not to lose anything, but we can't promise every card, deck or feature will last unchanged, and we may reset parts of the game if we have to. If we do, we'll say so first.

Your account

• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.
• You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.
• You can delete your account whenever you like, in settings.

Cards and packs

Cards and packs have no money value. You can't buy them from us, and you can't cash them out. Trading them with other collectors is fine; selling them for money isn't something we support.

Play fair

Don't:

• use scripts, extra accounts or anything else to farm packs or get around limits;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or other people's sites through it;
• harass people, or put anything illegal, hateful, sexual or stolen on cards, decks or packs;
• put a pack on a site that isn't yours, or claim a site you don't run.

We may remove content, decks or accounts that break these rules.

What you make

Your cards, art and decks stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us store and show them so the game works: in packs, binders, Browse, and on the sites you put them on. That permission ends when you delete them.

Sites that host a pack

If you put a pack on your site, you decide where it appears and can take it off at any time. We decide what drops from it (fairly, on our server), and we may stop serving packs on a site that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

We provide Wanderlust as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect. See also the privacy page, and write to hello@wndrlst.cards with questions.
